These change orders collectively total a decrease of ($393,743.95) in gross contract dollars. Included in these change orders are ($410,107.00) credit for Direct Material Purchases; the corresponding Direct Material Purchase Orders of ($386,846.23) result in a net of $23,260.77 in sales tax savings.
